– Alcohol and poppers

– Nitrate-based medications
If you are taking any medications that are Nitrate-based, you should not take Cialis Professional. Injectable Nitronal or Isosorbide or medications including Sorbitrate, Isordil, or Dilatrate-SR; ointments such as Nitro and Nitro-Bid; and Nitrate-based sprays such as Nitrolingual are not recommended to be taken with Cialis Professional.
– Alpha-Blockers, antifungal, antibiotics, HIV, and ulcer treatments
You should not take this medication if you are taking alpha-blockers to treat prostate conditions or high blood pressure, which include Sporanox, Nizoral, Crixivan, Norvir, Uroxatral, Minipress, Cardura, Flomax, and Hytrin. HIV medications such as Saquinavir and Ritonavir should not be taken alongside this medication. The same goes with antibiotics (Rifampicin and Erythromycin), antifungal treatments (Itraconazole and Ketoconazole), and ulcer treatments (Cimetidine).
NOTE: A sudden drop in blood pressure is the possible effect when any of the above mentioned drugs are taken alongside Cialis Professional.
How Cialis Professional Should Be Taken
This medication can be taken even without food. It should be swallowed whole. Do not split or break the tablet.
For erectile dysfunction, take the medication just before sexual activity. Do not take more than one tablet per day.
Always follow the instructions of your doctor and the directions on the prescription label. Do not take it longer than recommended, or in smaller or larger amounts than prescribed.
Note that an erection will not happen if you rely on the medication alone. Sexual stimulation is needed to help you achieve an erection.
Make sure to let at least 24 hours pass before taking your next dose. If you are going to take it daily, it is recommended to take it at the same time every day.
