Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha is an ancient soothing, reinforcing and rejuvenating formula. Its name is translated from Sanscrit as “Ashwa”- horse and “gandha”- grass, as it gives a “horsepower” vital and sexual energy.

Ashwagandha is often used for the treatment of male infertility and impotence (it stimulates the secretion of men’s prostate gland, increases the quantity and quality of sperm, and prevents the destruction of testosterone, development of adenoma and prostate cancer).

The plant stops aging and activates anabolic processes, accelerates the collapse of adrenaline, has a sedative, hypotensive, anticonvulsive and anti-stress effect on the organism.

The drug stimulates and improves the digestion, promotes the gas outlet, reduces the need in sweet, chocolate, pastry and alcohol. It splits an excessive fat, turning it into the muscle mass.

It is used for the overall weakness of the body, long-term chronic illnesses, exhaustion, insomnia, depression, nervous exhaustion.

Contraindications: increased intracranial pressure.

Indications for use: 1/4-1/2 teaspoons of powder two times a day with milk or at the advice of the Ayurvedic doctor.
